We provide remote technical support, not on-site services. While we don’t offer on-site installation or repair services locally, we provide fast and effective remote repair solutions. Simply send us photos and a description of the issue — our technical team will diagnose the problem and send you a step-by-step repair plan with a list of any replacement parts needed. Secure export packaging. All products are packed with inner cardboard protection and exterior wooden crates to ensure safe shipping. We also offer custom packaging options if needed. Our packaging has been proven to keep products intact during long-distance sea freight.

More than 5 years warranty. We offer a warranty of more than 5 years on our products. During the warranty period, we provide online technical support, free spare parts, and return/replacement service for any manufacturing defects.
